PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Transmission, via electronic mail, of communications of informative nature (“Newsletter”). Marketing generally: for example, sending – by automatic means of contact (such as SMS and e-mail) and traditional (such as phone calls and traditional post) – of promotional and sales information regarding services/products offered by the company, or signalling of company events, as well as market research and analysis of statistics.

 

LEGAL ASPECT OF PROCESSING

Consent (optional and revocable at any time).

 

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Until the newsletter service is unsubscribed.

Until consent is withdrawn.

 

CONFERMENT OF DATA

In compliance with art. 13, paragraph 2, letter e) of the GDPR, we inform users that conferment of their e-mail address for the purpose mentioned above is optional: however, refusal to provide said information will render impossible the sending of the Newsletter and the benefit of promotional initiatives.

 

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Data may be communicated to third parties acting in the capacity of owners (for example, surveillance and control authorities and any public body legally entitled to request said data or other companies in the Evoca Group) or processed, on behalf of the Company, by third parties designated as Responsible who have received adequate training  in operations (such as, for example, companies offering e-mail transmission services; companies that manage/maintain the Company’s Internet sites, market research companies; marketing companies).

 

SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR DATA PROCESSING

Data may be processed by personnel in the offices deployed by the company for the above-mentioned purposes, expressly authorized to process the data and who have received adequate training in operations.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your data may be transferred and processed in one or more nations within or outside the European Union. We have the faculty to transfer personal data outside the European Union exclusively to those countries deigned able by the European Commission to offer a suitable level of protection (on the following site you can find a list of these countries: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/adequacy/index_en.htm), or where the Evoca Group has arranged adequate measures to preserve data privacy (for which we usually adopt one of the forms of data transfer contracts approved by the European commission of which you can find a copy at: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/transfer/index_en.htm).

 

USERS’ RIGHTS – COMPLAINT TO CONTROL BODY

By contacting the Privacy Office via e-mail at privacy@evocagroup.com, users may ask the owner to supply the data referring to their person, cancel the data, correct any inexact data, integrate incomplete data, limit processing according to art. 18 GDPR.

Users may also, when processing is based on consent or the contract and effected automatically, receive data in a structured form, of common use and legible by an automatic device, and also, when technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without impediment.

Users have the right to forward complaints to the competent Control Bodies in the member State where they usually reside or work or in the State where the presumed violation occurred.
